Our policy lasts 10 days. which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as Charger/Adapter, Electronics Toys), Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products, Clothes). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, Batteries, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
A) We only refund you if you do not receive the item or do not receive the item according to our product description on our website or received the item damaged. B) If the order tracking says the item is delivered, but the customer claims not received the order, In this circumstance, please contact your local post office. We have no way to control this over the shipment. We can not refund if the tracking shows delivered.
Purchase Protection & Dispute: Our Payment processor company protects your purchase. Suppose anything happens with the purchase. Feel free to contact us first before the dispute. We will try to best to resolve the issue. If the buyer and seller did not come to any negotiations, then the buyer can dispute the order with proper documentation. Our Purchase protection time is 20 Business days. Before this mentioned time, the buyer can not dispute the money.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
Order Cancel: For canceling the order please email us within 24 hrs of the order placed. We will refund your money within 2-3 Business days. After 24 hrs we can not accept your order cancellation request. Shipped /In transit Orders are not possible to cancel.
If we need to cancel any order from our end, we will let you know about the product stock condition or anything related to the order.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
